Godsell is a certified clinical nutritionist
with an extensive background in culinary arts.
After working in the hospitality industry for
both restaurants and hotels for over 18 years,
she redirected her passion for cooking toward
assisting those who have special dietary needs
including food allergies and digestive issues,
as well as coaching people who simply have a
desire to discover a more natural and healthy
way of eating. Combining her experiences as a
chef and a nutritionist, Adrienne founded Best
of Both Worlds with the following goals in
mind:
1) Introduction to foods that taste good that are good for you.
2) Creation and implementation of simple, tasty recipes that maximize nutrition.
3) Assistance with personalized lifestyle modifications that are practical, leading you on your journey to a healthier you.

Orthomolecular Nutrition $90/hour
In dealing with orthomolecular nutrition, we start with the basics, the food we eat. Even small modifications to one’s eating habits will promote healing and more optimal functioning of the body. In the initial stage, eating habits will be evaluated and a discussion of strategies for practical lifestyle modification will follow. Specific recommendations will be made (as needed) regarding nutritional supplements and how they could improve your health.
Initial Consultation $150
First time consultations span 2 hours enabling us to cover a variety of important nutrition-related topics. We will discuss your goals as well as your current lifestyle, eating and exercise habits, food likes and dislikes, and food preparation. We will design a personalized, lifestyle friendly way to improve your wellness through educated choices.
Grocery Store Tour $90
The grocery store can be an overwhelming place when you are trying to make healthy choices. There are so many options. How do I choose foods with the most nutritional value? Come shopping with a natural foodie will help guide you toward many tasty alternatives that will support your body while satisfying your palate.
