Pilates Movement Studio

Introduced to
dance at an early age, Jennifer danced
professionally for small regional ballet
companies in Maryland and Florida. Following
her passion, she began teaching dance to
children while majoring in Dance Performance
at the University of South Florida.
Jennifer was encouraged to take Pilates by one of her professors to help increase her strength and overall performance. Having suffered for many years with shin splints, Pilates helped her to improve her alignment and to work more efficiently and without pain. This success led to her decision to become a STOTT PILATES® instructor.
She strives to provide her clients with an informative and fun workout. Jennifer has taught dance in the Tampa Bay area for 8 years and became an instructor at Pilates Movement Studio in the summer of 2009.
